| 1st step | Hydrocyclone separation is a kind of high energy efficiency of separation technology.Based on the principle of the centrifugal sedimentation and density difference, When water flows into the disand filter through inlet in tangential , it forms a rotational flow with high-speed inside the device and generates centrifugal field |
| 2nd step | Due to the density difference of sand and water (liquid&solid), effected by centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, high density of solid or impurity was thrown to surround inwall of cartridge, The equipment adopted pyramidal structure design in underpart. The roattional speed of solid or impurity became quicker and quicker following by cone radius'shrinking . Finally the sand deposited to the bottom and was discharged. The low density liquid flows up and discharged through outlet. |
